We are traveling with three thick Manduka yoga mats and meditation cushions. Does a standard Bajaj tuk tuk have enough luggage space for this plus two backpacks.

Yes, but it will be tight. A standard Bajaj RE has a small luggage compartment behind the rear seat that can fit two 60L backpacks. You can slide the yoga mats under the rear seat or strap them to the metal frame behind the drivers head. Do not block the drivers rearview mirrors.

We strapped our mats to the roof rack with bungee cords! It frees up a ton of space inside the cab.
