FlightStats said CMB delays this afternoon then flipped to very low - is Qatar still slipping tonight
Sitting in Doha refreshing. This morning blogs and FlightStats said CMB was "moderate and increasing." The airport-conditions page now says VERY LOW, scattered cloud, 28C. Afternoon arrival board had delayed Emirates / Qatar lines around 4.30. We land 10-ish. Do we tell the driver 10 or 1am.

Treat FlightStats as a mood, not a gate. This afternoon it was moderate; this evening the same page is very low, few/scattered cloud, light wind. Afternoon boards did show delayed DXB/Qatar-family arrivals. Your specific flight can still slip on a single runway. Tell the driver the airline estimate plus 45 minutes, and that they wait at arrivals, not the curb in a no-parking.
We landed 40 minutes late last night with "on time" on the app until TOD. Build slack. Do not rebook a Kandy van off a mood icon.
Weather at CMB right now is not a monsoon shutdown. The delay risk is the usual evening bank, not a named closure.
