Yes the local drivers are highly aware of the party schedules. If a major venue like The Doctor House is hosting a massive event dozens of tuk tuks will line up directly outside the gates waiting for the crowd to leave at 2 AM.

However because demand is incredibly high at that exact hour drivers will often quote heavily inflated night rates. You must negotiate firmly before getting in but rest assured you will not be stranded without a ride home.
