Tea Trails sunrise on the bungalow lawn with hot chai brought to you in a robe is unreal. Do not skip it for a fancier beach resort.

If you want even more privacy, swap one beach night for Cape Weligama and one for a Galle Fort boutique villa (a private rooftop dinner inside the fort walls is incredibly romantic).
