Little Adam's Peak 8-10am if we skip 6.28 - Ella gusts 32 or did we steal Kandy's 50 by mistake
If we skip Saturday 6.28 for Ella, partner is using the Kandy 8-10am 36-to-50 column as a Little Adam's Peak warning. I just opened Ella Saturday on Foreca (same 22.27 stamp): 8-10am looks like 30-33 degrees and gusts around 32, not 50. Are we packing for Kandy's noon sail on the wrong mountain, or is 32 km/h on that ridge still a hat.

Ella Saturday (22:27 stamp): 8am ~30C, gusts ~32 km/h, precip <10%; 9am ~32C / 32; 10am ~33C / 32. Kandy's 8-10am 36 / 43 / 50 is a different page. Do not steal it. 32 km/h on Little Adam's is a hat-and-hold-the-phone ridge, not an automatic close. The heat is the actual Ella problem - 1pm is 37C / feels 41 (other thread). Go early, down before the hot column. I cannot swear a 22 Aug trail closure; nothing official has closed it that I can see.
If 6:28 is the trip, this is not tonight's walk. If Ella is the trip, leave in the morning, not a 23:00 fantasy through-train.
8am Little Adam's in similar wind was noisy, not closed. 1pm would have been stupid. No invented trail ticket.

TukTuk or tour drivers take you to "gem museums" or "government-certified" gem shops. They receive huge commissions (up to 40%) on anything you buy. Prices are inflated 3-10x the actual value.
Men approach tourists near Temple of the Tooth offering to be guides. After the tour, they demand large "donations" or guide fees (5000-10000 LKR).
