Madiha is fantastic right now. The Doctors House is legendary for weekend daytime parties and great food. And yes, just walk down to the small reef breaks right off the main strip and you will often spot turtles feeding in the shallow waters. Please remember to keep a respectful distance and never touch them.

If the parties at Doctors House are too packed, check out some of the smaller hostels in the area. They usually have great acoustic nights as the sun goes down.

The reef breaks there are quite shallow and sharp, so wear reef booties if you go looking for turtles. It is totally worth it.
