Sangaraja still floodlit at 9.52 - walk the lake road home or is that still a one-way leftover
Hotel is Ampitiya side. Police plan said Ampitiya via Sangaraja past Queen's. Road looks like lamps and a trickle, not a wall. Walk it at 9.52 or cut inland because leftover one-way is still a jeep.

Vehicles toward Ampitiya / Teldeniya were sent Clock Tower -> Dalada -> Queen's side entrance -> Sangaraja Mawatha. At 9.52 that can still be a corridor, not a promenade. If you can see pavement and you are not in a live lane, walk facing whatever is moving. If a jeep is using it, get off the tarmac.
Ampitiya at 9.52 is a 20-minute walk you already know. Inland of the lake is slower and calmer. Do not walk the postcard kerb "because it is the route we watched."
Sangaraja was the easiest walk home last night once the trickle started. We still hugged the wall.
Hugging the wall on Sangaraja if we can see pavement. Off the tarmac if a jeep is using it.
