Foreca Saturday sunset is 6:19. 5th Kumbal is 6:28. Tonight started 6:40 which was twenty minutes after 6:20 sunset. Partner is packing the jacket because "it will be dark at the first elephant." Is that actually how the light works or still the twelve-minutes-leave-the-hotel-sooner math from earlier.

Foreca Saturday page (stamp still 21:27): sunset 18:19, 6pm cloudy 25°C / 43% / 0 mm. Official start 18:28. That is a start closer to sunset than tonight's 18:40 after 18:20. "Dusk" is fair. "Pitch dark at the first elephant" is not a gazette - processions still run into full night either way. Jacket for 22°C-later and the 2-5pm showers, not because the sun dies at 18:19.

You still do not need to be on the kerb at 16:00 for a 18:28 dusk start. You need to be in town. Phone on a night setting. No flash at the tusker (that thread).
