Two of us, one 125, one helmet that smells of someone else. Partner was going to go bare-headed "just to the beach". Then I saw Daily Mirror 7 Aug - hundreds of thousands of helmet cases in 2026 already. Are tourists actually stopped.

Both heads. That is the law and this year they are writing tickets like it is a sport. A cracked lid is a decoration. Rent a second helmet that fits or take a tuk. A-Bay to Pottuvil "it is five minutes" is how people meet traffic police.
