Skip Saturday 6.28 and take a dawn van to Ella - last Kumbal FOMO or the only sleep we get

10pm Ella bus was a rumour. 7am transfer as cruelty was the other couple. We are wrecked in a room asking a different package: skip the last Kumbal entirely, sleep now, van at dawn, be in Ella for breakfast. Sunday 6.44 dies with that. Is the 5th actually the one you skip or are we going to hate ourselves on the pass.

5th Kumbal Saturday 6:28 PM is the last Kumbal. After that the table is Randoli: Sun 6:44, Mon 7:00, through Grand Thu 27 6:43. Skipping Saturday means you skip the last of this phase. You do not skip "Perahera." Sunday is a different procession. If Ella is the trip, dawn is a real timetable. If Perahera is the trip, Saturday 6:28 is still on.

FOMO at 10.16 is not a gazette. Sleep. If you book a dawn van, book it with a driver who will sleep (other thread), not the one who just stood the loop. Saturday 8-10am gusts 36-50 km/h on Foreca - that is the pass question, not this one.

We skipped a Kumbal for Ella and did not hate ourselves. We hated the 5am alarm. Both things can be true.

People outside stations offer to "help" buy tickets but charge large markups. They may buy cheap third-class tickets and sell as more expensive classes.
