WhatsApp had a 10pm Perahera load-shedding story. That thread was the rumour. It is 10.52. The socket is live. Fan is on. Partner wants to "wait for the real cut." I want every bank, phone, camera on the wall now because Saturday is 2-5pm indoor then 6.28 dusk and there will not be a cafe. Charge everything, or are we about to lose it because CEB actually does a later slot.

As of 23:00 we have no CEB Kandy table on Ada / Newswire / Newsfirst / Mirror that schedules an 11pm cut. The 10pm story was already a rumour thread. A live socket at 22:52 is the fact in the room. Plug in. Saturday 6:28 is nine minutes after 6:19 sunset - the camera will want battery (dusk-start thread is closed; this is the charge). I cannot swear any later CEB slot - do not invent one, and do not wait for it.
If the fan is on, use the wall. Do not run a travel kettle on a shared fuse at 23:00. Two-socket math is the other thread.
