Tuk now to Katugastota so we are on the airport road for a 6am CMB - sane or a 3am problem we are inventing

Flight is 6am out of Katunayake. We are still lake-side. Partner wants a tuk to Katugastota now so the 3am taxi is already north of leftover cones. FlightStats is still VERY LOW like that helps. Is Katugastota even the airport road from Kandy or are we about to sleep in a junction.

Katugastota is the northern exit (A9 / Mahaiyawa in today's police plan). Katunayake is west of Colombo. From a lake hotel the usual airport run is still Gopallawa / Old Peradeniya toward Colombo, not "sleep at Katugastota because it says airport in the group chat." A 9.52 tuk to a junction with a 6am international is a 3am problem you can solve from the room: pre-book a car for 2.30-3.00 from here, Gopallawa corridor, not a second hotel.

FlightStats CMB delay index is still VERY LOW, 28C, 7 kt SW, vis 6 mi - same as 9.20. That is not a 6am boarding call and not a reason to move cities at 10pm. Do not invent a tuk fare. Do not put a child in a three-wheeler to a junction to be closer.

Heavy vehicles from Katugastota toward Kandy were sent Mahaiyawa -> Thilak Ratnayake Mawatha. That is an in-bound corridor, not an airport rank. If cones are still up on the lake, Gopallawa is the named Colombo-side way out.
