Yes, highly reputable luxury five star resorts and top tier tourist restaurants meticulously wash all their fresh salad vegetables and fruits using heavily filtered, purified water specifically to prevent foreign tourists from getting stomach bugs.

However, you must still strictly avoid raw salads and pre cut fruit at small, rustic street side cafes or local markets, as they almost certainly wash their produce directly under the unfiltered tap water, which carries a massive risk of travelers diarrhea.
