What is the current USD exchange rate at the airport?

I need to change cash today. Is the rate better inside the airport or should I wait until Colombo.

The exchange rates at the airport bank counters are actually government regulated and very fair. They are almost exactly the same as banks in Colombo. Change your money right there without hesitation.
