Pallewela Waterfall is a beautiful, secluded spot tucked away from the typical tourist crowds. You can take a tuk tuk from Ella town to the main road access point, and then it is a gentle fifteen minute walk down a clear jungle path.

Just ask your guesthouse host for the exact location pin on your map, as there are very few signposts on the main road indicating where the trail begins.

It is much quieter than Ravana Falls and features a wonderful, clean natural pool at the base where you can swim peacefully. The water is incredibly refreshing after a long hike.
