Table: 1st 6:52, 2nd 6:41, 3rd 6:53, 4th (tonight) 6:40, 5th Saturday 6:28. We have been leaving the hotel on a 6.40-ish pattern. Saturday is twelve minutes earlier than tonight and the earliest Kumbal of the lot. The earlier math was twelve-minutes-leave-an-hour-sooner vs 6.40. This is: the whole week's pattern is wrong, not just tonight-plus-twelve. How much earlier do we actually move.

Yes - 6:28 PM Saturday is the earliest published Kumbal start in the 2026 table. That is a clock fact. It is not a gazette that you must be on the kerb at 16:00. It is a gazette that a 18:10 leave-the-hotel that worked for 18:40 will feel late. Be in town. Phone on a night setting (sunset 6:19, other thread).

Earliest start plus 2-5pm showers plus dusk means: afternoon indoors, then walk, not a 18:20 tuk across leftover cones. You still do not need 16:00 on the stones.
