If you arrive at the typical small hours that many flights land consider a pre booked transfer or a night near the airport in Negombo rather than navigating a ride app exhausted at 3am the arrival threads the buffer night is kind on a red eye

ETA in advance arrivals duty free cash from the bank ATM SIM from the telecom desk then the ride app pickup not the tout this is the clear sequence I wanted the arrivals duty free before baggage is a quirk I would have missed thank you
