Yes both Block 1 and Block 2 are officially completely open to the public. Block 1 is the absolute most famous and highly accessible area but it frequently gets incredibly crowded with hundreds of tourist jeeps competing for leopard sightings.

Block 2 is also perfectly open but it requires physically crossing the Menik river. You absolutely fundamentally need a highly experienced driver and a heavy duty four wheel drive jeep to safely navigate the deep sand and river crossings there.
