The nightlife in Arugam Bay is fantastic during the peak summer season. Mambo is the most famous spot, hosting massive Saturday night beach parties that draw huge crowds of surfers and backpackers.

Hideaway Resort often hosts great, slightly more relaxed DJ sets and cocktail evenings. The party scene constantly rotates between venues on different nights of the week, so just ask anyone on the beach where the party is tonight.
