Should we book the morning or afternoon jeep tour to see the most active elephants.

The early morning safari at 6:00 AM is universally considered the best, as the temperature is incredibly cool and the elephants are highly active feeding in the open grass.

However, the late afternoon safari around 3:30 PM is also fantastic because massive herds gather around the central reservoir to drink and bathe as the sun begins to set.
