Yes, beginners can absolutely climb Adams Peak during the night. The path is fully paved with concrete stairs and brightly lit throughout the entire pilgrimage season, making it very safe to navigate in the dark.

While it is safe, it is extremely tiring. You must pace yourself, take frequent breaks at the small tea stalls along the way, and drink plenty of water. It is a test of endurance rather than technical climbing skill.
