FlightStats CMB flipped to decreasing at 11 - matters if we fly Saturday for the Test or a Kandy irrelevance

Earlier it was very-low-but-increasing. Then the wording sat still so nobody minted a flight question. I refreshed at 11. It now says very-low and decreasing. Weather line still 28, 8 kt SW, 6 miles, scattered. If one of us flies into Colombo Saturday for the Test, is decreasing the all-clear, or is 11pm in Kandy still not an airport.

Live page just now: CMB delay status VERY LOW and decreasing; scattered clouds 28°C, wind 8 kt SW, vis 6 mi. That is a tag flip, not a new weather file. It is not a Saturday 22 Aug boarding pass. If someone is flying Saturday for Sunday 10:00 SSC, check their flight Saturday morning, not a Friday 23:00 index from a Kandy bed. If nobody is flying, this is a Kandy irrelevance - sleep.

Do not leave tonight for CMB because an index flipped (other thread). Road deaths 1,749.
