We are doing the 6 AM dawn patrol surf at Hiriketiya bay. Which cafe throws the best lively brunch parties with good coffee right after the morning session.

Maha Cafe and Dots Bay House are the ultimate post-surf brunch spots. They serve incredible single-origin Sri Lankan espresso, massive avocado toasts, and smoothie bowls. The vibe is very social, with everyone walking straight out of the water with their boards to eat.

Dawn patrol is the only way to surf Hiri now. By 9 AM, there are 50 foam boards in the water and it is impossible to catch a clean wave.
