Yes, it is very easy. A visit to the ancient city of Polonnaruwa takes only a morning of your time. You can finish your bicycle tour by 1 PM, grab lunch, and then head straight to Minneriya National Park for a 3 PM jeep safari to see the wild elephants perfectly.
