Are the coral reefs healthy and will we be able to see sharks and turtles there.

Yes, snorkeling at Pigeon Island is spectacular. The shallow coral reefs are teeming with colorful fish, and you have a very high chance of swimming alongside harmless blacktip reef sharks and giant sea turtles.
