I want to see the Ramboda Falls and tea gardens on the way, but I heard the roads are very winding. Are there many hairpins.

The road is very scenic but indeed full of bends as you climb from five hundred meters to nearly two thousand meters in elevation. If you are prone to motion sickness, take medication before starting and sit in the front seat. There are many spots to stop like the Blue Field or Damro tea factories to take a break and get some fresh air.

Make sure to stop at Ramboda Falls Hotel for lunch as they have a great viewing deck of the falls. The drive usually takes about two and a half to three hours depending on the traffic and how many tea stops you make.
