Do not buy it. Reserved tickets in Sri Lanka have the passengers ID/Passport number tied to them now to prevent this exact scalping scam. If the ticket inspector checks the ticket against your passport, you will be fined and thrown out of the reserved carriage. Just buy a 3rd class unreserved ticket at the counter for 200 LKR and stand.

5000 LKR is an insane markup. Normal tickets are literally pocket change.
