Odiyal Kool takes hours to prepare and uses Palmyra tuber flour. Normal restaurants do not have it ready. Ask your hostel manager to pre-order it for you a day in advance from a local place like Cosy Restaurant.

It is incredibly spicy, so be prepared! It is definitely a communal dish best shared with hostel mates.
