Only packed Perahera cotton and NE Saturday morning is 14 with fog
If NE is the Saturday instead-of-6.28 (other thread), we have lake-kerb cotton and a damp something. Foreca NE 5-7am is 14 and fog, gusts 50. Partner says "hill country is always jumper weather" like a 2019 blog. Do we actually have a layer, or is 11.20 too late to buy one because every shop is shut.

NE Saturday 5-7am 14°C fog, 8am 15, afternoon only 18-19 then wet 16 at 6pm. That is a real layer. 23:20 is not a Kandy fleece gazette - shops are the other thread. Hotel blanket in a bag is ugly and works. A wet cotton shirt at 14°C is how people get stupid on a viewpoint. I cannot swear 22 Aug 06:00 actual NE temperature.
If you have no layer, NE at dawn is a van with the windows up, not Gregory-at-6. Stay for 6:28 in the cotton you packed.
