We are four. Two want this lake room through Saturday 6.28. Two want to move in the morning - Peradeniya, Ella, Colombo, they have not picked. We are not locking kerb versus gardens as a same-room itinerary. We are splitting the booking at 10.48. Who actually keeps THIS hotel Saturday and who moves, before the host assumes the whole room is free.

Tell him tonight, not at 10am with bags in the hall. If two stay for 6:28 PM, those two need the beds Saturday night, not a "we will see after breakfast." The two who move should pick a destination in the morning, not a 22:48 fantasy through-train (the line is still the Ditwah split until a railway notice says otherwise). Screenshot the listing. No WhatsApp villa at 22:48.

Saturday 6:28 is still the last Kumbal on the official table. Moving the whole group at 08:00 is how nobody stands it. Splitting is allowed. Splitting without telling the house is how you donate a room.
