Street still smells of elephants at 11 - window shut or we sleep in the leftover procession

Not sweepers on the dung as a walk-the-lane question. Not laundry. The street under the window still smells like the 4th - husk, animal, torch. 86 percent, 23 degrees. Partner wants the window shut. I do not want to sleep inside that smell or inside a closed box. What actually works at 11.

The smell on a procession street at 23:00 is leftover, not a second parade. Window on a crack inland if you have two. Coil leftover was a different thread - do not relight a whole coil "for smell" and sleep in it. Bathroom fan if it exists. Shoes stay outside (other thread).

11pm Foreca: 23°C, 86%, 0 mm, <10%, gusts ~14. Closed room will feel wet. Wide-open street window will smell like the loop. Crack + earplugs (other thread) is the boring version.

We shut it, woke swampy, opened it at 2, smelled less. Fine.

Crack on the inland side. Coil stays out. Fan on the live socket.
