One waterfall morning between Ella and the south. Both are pumping on Instagram. I have average knees and I have read Diyaluma has a slippery upper pool after rain. Which one is the less-stupid August choice.

Diyaluma lower viewpoint is a short walk and a big curtain - do that if knees are the story. The upper pools are a longer, wetter hike and people slip every monsoon week. Bambarakanda is the tallest fall, more of a staircase/road walk, often misted. After rain both are photogenic and both are slime. Wear shoes with a face, not sliders.

Upper Diyaluma Wednesday, leeches, one sketchy ledge. Would not take my mum.

If cloud is sitting on the Uva rim, pick one, do not chase both.

People outside stations offer to "help" buy tickets but charge large markups. They may buy cheap third-class tickets and sell as more expensive classes.
