You need String Hoppers (Idiyappam) with a mild coconut sambol and fresh Dhal curry. It is entirely rice flour and lentils, so it digests incredibly fast and gives you a clean carb energy spike without the heavy, greasy feeling of a fried kottu. Drink two King Coconuts to replace the electrolytes you sweat out at Tiki Cliff.

Weligama bay has a lot of whitewash. Just take a foam board out and mess around until you feel human again.

Do not eat anything super spicy! Paddling on a surfboard compresses your stomach, and spicy food plus a hangover equals terrible acid reflux in the water.
