That spectacular massive cliff is Swami Rock historically known as Lovers Leap located directly inside the active Fort Frederick military base. It is incredibly safe and highly highly recommended to visit.

The absolute peak of the cliff houses the breathtakingly colorful deeply sacred Koneswaram Hindu Temple. You can safely walk right up to the massive edge and look straight down into the deep blue ocean where you can frequently spot massive blue whales breaching completely clearly from the cliff edge during the peak summer months.
