We are traveling with a baby. Where is the water calm enough for toddlers to splash safely.

Goyambokka beach is fantastic for families. It is a highly protected deeply curved cove located just west of Tangalle town. The waves break far out leaving the shoreline incredibly gentle and shallow for toddlers.

Another brilliant option is the eastern corner of Silent Beach. While the main bay can get choppy the far corner features a small natural rock pool area that is perfectly flat and crystal clear completely safe for babies to sit in.
