ATMs on the lake that were dry at 8.40 - anyone seeing a restock now the queue is gone

During the crush every machine on Dalada was either empty or a queue of 30. Street is leftover chairs. We need cash for a 4pm Saturday driver. Walk to the same HNB/Commercial holes at 9.53 or is restock a morning van.

Restock is not a 9.53 gazette. A quieter machine is not a full machine. Try one inland bank lobby if the lights are still on; if it says cannot dispense, stop. Morning supermarket cash-back / a cashier is the boring plan. Do not stand at a dark hole with a card out.
