Can I easily buy contact lens solution in Ella/Mirissa?
My bottle of contact lens solution leaked in my bag. Can I buy brands like Renu or Opti-Free in tourist towns?

It is highly unlikely you will find contact lens solution in small towns like Ella or Mirissa. Pharmacies there mostly stock basic meds. You need to go to an actual "Optician" shop (like Vision Care or Eric Rajapakse), which are only found in larger cities like Galle, Matara, or Kandy.
Take a tuk-tuk from Mirissa to the "Vision Care" branch in Matara town (about 30 mins away). They stock Bausch & Lomb Renu solution.

Scam Watch: ella
People outside stations offer to "help" buy tickets but charge large markups. They may buy cheap third-class tickets and sell as more expensive classes.
