I am not certified. Can I still do a deep dive to see the shipwrecks.

You absolutely cannot dive deep shipwrecks without proper certification. Highly reputable dive centers strictly enforce international safety laws and will verify your PADI or SSI license before allowing you onto the boat for deep advanced dives.

If you are completely uncertified you are legally restricted to participating in a Discovery Scuba Dive program. An instructor will physically hold onto you and guide you around very shallow safe coral reefs usually at a maximum depth of just twelve meters.
