I want to film the train crossing the Nine Arch Bridge with my drone. Do the local police enforce any no-fly zones around the bridge.

Yes, we strictly enforce it. The Nine Arch Bridge is a high-traffic tourist area and an active railway line. Flying a drone without explicit CAA clearance is illegal. Furthermore, if you fly too close to the train or the crowd, police on site will confiscate the drone immediately for public safety.

If a drone malfunctions and hits the train windshield or power lines, you will face massive criminal charges.

Understood. I will stick to getting shots from the tea plantations on the hills above instead.

There are literally 10 drones in the air every time a train crosses. The buzzing completely ruins the majestic atmosphere of the place.
