How are the water levels for white water rafting in Kitulgala right now. I am looking for intense grade 3 rapids and some canyoning action.

The recent inter monsoon April rains have swelled the Kelani River beautifully, making it an epic time for rafting. The grade 3 rapids are very active right now. Just ensure you book with a certified adventure operator as the currents are stronger than usual. The jungle canyoning and confidence jumps are fully operational too.
