We want to party at Lamana in Ahangama. What night is their big event, and is the surf break out front decent for a hungover morning session.

Wednesday night is the legendary Lamana party. It gets incredibly packed. The break right out front (Marshmallows) is a deep-water reef break that is super forgiving and mellow, making it arguably the best wave on the south coast for a hungover, lazy longboard session the next morning.

Get to Lamana early if you actually want to skate the bowl. Once the party starts, they stop the skating for safety.
