Nuwara Eliya, raining, Horton already done. Pedro Google hours look like 8-11 and 2-4. We land in town at 12.15. Is the Damro Labookellie place on the Kandy road the same thing people still call Mackwoods. Do we see actual machines or a gift shop.

Pedro is the close-to-town working factory. They often pause midday; machines may already have run at night because it is cooler. Labookellie (Damro, used to be Mackwoods Labookellie) is on the Peradeniya-Nuwara Eliya road - bigger visitor centre, reliable tea-and-cake, a real process walk if a batch is on. Both are fine in the rain. Buy a small pack if you like it; the "export only" guilt trip is a script.

Pedro at 2.10, 20-minute walkthrough, cup on the lawn in drizzle. Fine. No photography inside the floor.
