Phone footage is just orange blobs - is Sunday Randoli actually brighter or a camera myth
We shot 40 minutes. It is orange blobs and a drum. Partner says wait for Randoli because "more lights." Jaffna apparently blinded people with temple lights today, which is the opposite problem. Is Sunday 6.44 actually a brighter street or just more stuff in the dark.

Randoli is more elaborate - palanquins, more of everything - not a lighting gazette. Torches still look like torches on a phone. Night mode, no laser, no drone, no flash in an elephant's face (DIG: lasers = arrest). Sunday 6.44 is the first Randoli. If you want "brighter," that is a seat with a lamp behind you, not a promise from the Maligawa.
Our Thursday Kumbal clips were the same blobs. A small torch from the side helps faces. The relic tusker is still a dark shape with gold. Randoli did not magically become a cricket night.
