Yes! Instead of climbing all the way up Ella Rock, take the path diverting towards Kithal Ella waterfall. It is tucked into the jungle just off the railway tracks. Because it requires a short hike through the bush, it is far less crowded than Ravana Falls, and the pool at the bottom is much safer for a secluded swim.

There is also a small rock slide there you can use if the water level is right.

Watch out for leeches on that trail if it rained the night before.
