Go to the "Mlesna Tea Centre" right next to the Temple of the Tooth. They have a massive selection of regional teas (Uva, Dimbula, Kandy blends) and their vintage packaging makes perfect gifts.

Also, just visit the Cargills or Keells supermarket in the Kandy City Centre mall. The Dilmah and Mackwoods brands sold there are excellent quality and local prices.
