Massive supermarkets like Cargills Food City and Keells in major towns like Galle Colombo and Matara stock a decent selection of international baby food brands including purees and formula powder.

However if you are traveling to smaller remote villages the selection drops to zero. It is highly recommended to bring your specific preferred brands from home especially if your toddler is a picky eater or has allergies.
