Can I visit World End in Horton Plains with a standard car?

The road from Nuwara Eliya to the Horton Plains entrance is paved but quite narrow and winding. A standard car can easily make the trip, but you must be careful of the morning mist which can reduce visibility to almost zero. April is a great time as the cloud forest is very lush. Make sure to arrive at the gate by 6:00 AM to see the plateau before the clouds cover the World End drop by mid morning.
