9.33, one block inland. Dialog was a brick on the kerb. Now it has bars. Family is still pinging. Is this actually back or the same Perahera-crowd death with a tease. Not asking why it died at 8.40. Asking whether 9.33 is a real call window.

Density dropped, bars came back - that is the usual story, not a tower gazette. Call now. Do not wait. If it dies again on Dalada, that is the crush, not your SIM. WhatsApp call is enough; you do not need a reload kiosk at 9.33.

Inland of the lake is where signal returns first. Stay inland for the call. Do not walk back to the postcard kerb to "get a better shot for mum."
