Generally, Indian tourists arriving directly from India do not need a yellow fever vaccination certificate to enter Sri Lanka. There are no mandatory health or vaccine certificates required for standard entry.

However, the strict exception is if you have traveled through or transited in a country located in the yellow fever endemic zones in Africa or South America within six days prior to your arrival in Colombo.

If you have visited an endemic zone, you must present a valid international certificate of vaccination. If coming straight from India or Europe, you have absolutely nothing to worry about.
