Casuarina Beach is arguably the best swimming spot in the north. The water is incredibly shallow and calm for hundreds of meters out, making it perfect for children and nervous swimmers. There are basic changing rooms and toilets available for a small fee. It gets very crowded with locals on weekends, so visit on a weekday if you want a more peaceful experience.
